hit counter question

Is it my imagination or are some of the hit counters from the board game not included in the computer game. I know I have never seen a Foot Berserk counter and I am pretty sure I have never seen a Foot Panicked or Foot Cowering counter. I also have never had a Vehicle Gun Damaged or Vehicle Light damaged counter.
Curious if I am correct and if so why they were left out.
