Hey Guys!

Does anyone know what the resource level does in WIR?
I noticed that every large town has a resource level. Does this effect readiness of units, heavy industry, etc?

As far as I know it adds to the operation points total, and if total resource is less than 100 the production is decreased (e.g. if resource = 80 then all factories will produce only 80% of what they should produce).
