Activation turns missing in XML files

I have realized that the activation turns for formations with orders implying a non-activated initial state are lost when saving an scenario using the XML format, so all units change to activated in turn 1
I guess this is bug.

I don't use xml files, but what program are you using to to do the conversion ? I ask because whoever designed the program should be made aware.

Sorry about not being specific enough. I am using the TOAWIII Editor, not a third-party program. I open an scenario in the editor, save it in XML format. When I open the scenario in XML format, all formations are activated in turn 1 (I refer to formations having orders such as delay, wait, static, etc.). So, I guess the activation turn is not saved in the XML format (actually I cannot find that information by manually exploring the files). I have tried to save again it again in the standard format (.sce) and reload it, and effecively the activation turns are all 1, so this confirms the idea that this information was lost when saving to XML.
I would like to report this as a bug, so something can be done about it for the upcoming patch, but I don't know which is the proper chanel and mechanism to report game bugs. Any information on what to do would be welcome
Thanks for your interest

Your post should cover it, as the authorities do monitor the forum.
There are I think two other user created xml programs that you might try to see if they don't have the same problem. If interested, just ask and someone will direct you to the dl links.

Thanks [:)]
If there is any program that is able to read scenarios in sce and export them into XML or any kind of text dump, then I would be highly interested.
I know the Scenario Viwever, but it only reads, do not write files...
I do not mind programing a file parser myself so as to extract the required info, but I know nothing on the sce format, and it is not something human-readable, so I am completely lost here [&:]. Any help on how to obtain the activation turns from the sce files would be welcome...

I have found the TOAW III Scenario Editor [BETA], which is able to read and write scenarios, but the author has actually reported the same limitation concerning activation turns (point 5 in
this post)

Andy got a new version from 2011 online. I have no issues *not that I am aware*, of the described problem. It might be fixed in 4.0.

Sorry Oberst_Klink, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say version 4.0
Do you refer to the TOAW III Scenario Editor v.0.0.4.0 by "Parmenio"?, or a beta/alpha version of the future TOAW update? Because I have already tested the Scenario Editor and the latest official patch (3.4.0.202) and the problem is there
Thanks

So, the .XML issue lies within the 3.4.202 version? Time to allow us to public beta test 3.5, eh? And yes, I meant the 0.4.0.0 beta of Andy's scenario editor.
