It should cost 3AP to load this AT gun. The load button should be grayed out.

Noticed also that my units get a reset back to 7 APs if I reload.

It's different depending on which way you load saved game. Form in game it creates this error. If go back to main menu then reload it preserves the correct AP.

Here is save from Monsters. Note the effect on my tank near the far back VP point I took.

This is probably a Classic AP rule bug. I will take a look.
