Smoke is not over the VP but is one hex forward so it should not be blocking this attack if I wished to make it.

I checked this out because I was in the same position. I think the BT-7 is just past the slope of the hill and your unit is at the back/top part of the hill. If you lower the map to as close to eye level as possible you can see how the positioning on the hill not allowing LOS.

I think it is correct not to have LOS from where your at.

You're probably right thanks. My first thought was the smoke was interfering because I had posted a few of those bugs. Seems it really is just the plateau effect here.
