Scenario for HUD 3 V 1.5.0 "Fish in a Barrel - mod."

This is a modified version of the Cold War stock scenario "Fish in a Barrel". The modifications stem from the discussion with Foxendown, a new player. The scenario should be played from US side and it should be MUCH harder to win now. [:D]
