Is Matrix going to be getting the latest update?

How about the Red Mode expansion?

i tried updating thru the game, it says it will open a browser window and download but it just sits there doing nothing.

UPDATE: the in game attempt to update did nothing, but putting the web address of the update in my browser took me to it and downloaded it. Installed no problem.
