Is there a link to the download you can post here? even with translation on I can't quite figure it out. And it looks as though the mod is not completed??? There are comments about NOT activating it yet for summer scenarios...

Its not completely finished yet and is supposed to be applied after the may update but it will give you a taste of whats to come.

Im very wary of downloading anything from Russia

I downloaded the Winter mod without any problems,and I must say that it is an excellent and very eye appealing improvement to the uniforms and equipment for both the Soviet and German forces.The guy responsible for this mod I believe is a Russian named Night Postman,and his work is fantastic.From what I understand from what Andrey(one of the APOS developers) has mentioned.Is that Night Postman plans on releasing a Summer uniform mod in the near future,and also an update to his wonderful Winter mod too.

The latest news on this is that there are summer skins added in a new, as of yet unreleased version of the mod. The screenshots show compatibility with the "Alpha Patch," as signallers with their wire spool packframes are shown.
