Installation Problem

I have successfully downloaded the file, but the .dmg game file is associated with TextEdit. How do I change the file association? Helpdesk identified the problem but was unable to solve.

Hello,
please first check that you've got the correct file and that the size is right.
Unity_of_Command_MAC_v103_MATRIX.dmg (94319045 bytes)
If you indeed have the correct file, then right click on it and select open with DiskImageMounter.app

The name of the file that I downloaded is: UnityOfCommand-SetupRelease-v100.exe
Size is 104.1MB
Don't have DiskImageMounter.app - how do I get this?

The file you have is the PC (Windows) installer, you need the Mac version if you want to run it on the Mac.
You should contact Matrix Games support and download the appropriate version.
