Playing my first big campaing (1941-1945); i have observed that the axis allys (Finland, Rumania..etc) can not move in turn 1; making now; turn 2, they still not move any of the axis allys..so the question is.. ¿when they move axis-allys?..¿Do i have to do something special to activate them to move?

Any help will be aprreciatte..thanks

the romanians and finns usually come online turn 3 unless the axis activate the rums by opening land commo in the lvov area. finns wake up in the north turn 3 and the rest turn 4 i believe its all in the manual

look closely at the search term "lvov pocket" in the forums it's a crucial piece of gameplay that affects Romanian activation.
