engineering vehicles?

I don't see any defined in the vehicles list of the estab.
Is that because the type "construction-vehicle" isn't implemented or working correctly yet? Or is it that no one has got around to it?
I'm hoping I can get an answer that doesn't involve algebra, trigonometry, physics, and terminal ballistics -- not that those aren't enjoyable topics of course.
