Alt VP Grand Campaign

Hi,
I'm looking for a Soviet opponent for an Alt VP Grand Campaign. I'm a fairly competent player with a handful of MP games under my belt now. I would be happy to play any level of opponent, though someone with at least one MP game would be preferable. Either way, and more importantly, is someone who is committed to play the game through, with the understanding if things get too lopsided the offer of surrender terms would be acceptable.
Gameplay preferences:
Game: Alt VP 260 Grand Campiagn
Side: German
Weather: Random
Turn Frequency: 2-4 per week. I usually average about 2 per week minimum, and will communicate any delays or periods of absence, expect the same.
Turn Exchange: PBEM++
I'm not a shark, and all discussion regarding house rules for the game is welcome. My initial suggestions for house rules are:
No bombing of HQ's unless stacked with a combat unit.
Max. 3 airbase attacks after first turn.
No landings west of Sevastopol until 1943.
No using the airbase transfer supply exploit.
No using Paratroops to break pockets.
