TOF wish list

Just purchased this a few days ago and already see some things I'd like to have changed:
Kiel Canal - It looks like my German ships are stuck in the Baltic until Denmark is taken. One, shouldn't a neutral Denmark let ships pass? Two what about the Kiel Canal? [&:]
Attacking Norway - There should be some mechanism for getting German troops into Norway without building a fleet to do it. This is a major miss. [:@]
Minimizing the screen - It would be nice to be able to minimize the game, especially to look at the manual. [:D]
I'm a long time (30+ years) War in Europe player and think this may be a suitable replacement as it has similar scale.
