ok why when a ship gets destroyed it says "<ship name> has completed its mission." yeah i don't recall the mission briefing where i ordered "go get yourself blown up"
i wish there was a pop up for "ship destroyed."
can i set pop ups to pause the game automatically?
good game, a bit frustrating but good.

Yes, it would be nice if you were notified when a ship was destroyed. It would also be nice if you could set "critical levels" for your fleets and be notified when the number/condition of the ships falls below that set number. Alternately, it would be nice if you could set fleet replacements. I mean when new ships are produced they would automatically be sent to fill up fleet shortages. Something along the line of 'Fleet 1 will contain x capital ships, y cruisers, z destroyers, a supply ships, etc'. Then when a ship in that fleet is destroyed, the next ship of that class to complete building would be sent to Fleet 1, etc.

Reading it this way makes it sound pretty funny! I normally get this when an Exploration ship gets killed by a monster.
