I added some french to my mod and its 1/8/42 and one of the squadrons needs some pilots. Well there are none..... What do I need to do to ensure there are pilots in the pool?

For a new game start, you can enter a value for French pilots in the pilot pool using the Scenario Editor. This table is found under the Scenario Tab
on the right top of the Editor display. I don't think changing it will affect games already started - but you could try updating the game to the new file to see if that is the case?

Open your mod with the Editor;
Click on the Scenario tab; (red arrow)
At the bottom of the screen, click Pilots; (red arrow)

You then get this.

Stick in the numbers you want for France;
Be sure to run through each year (red arrow)

Save the scen. Be sure to accept the update to your ongoing game.
