And where have i got to place the mods in and in wich queue they should be put in?

Unit insignias go into Art/AlliedPatch or Art/JapPatch

Planesides go into /Art and overwrite the existing planesides (so backup the originals),

Folders for Rotating Planesides go into /Art.

Scenario files should go into /Scen, and if they have Art files those should go into /Art as above.

Most zips should have files set to go into the correct folders.
