is So Hot. It's 106 degrees right now(Russellville Arkansa). This is real temp and its just started-we have Trees, where not desert here. Just like last summer. Can't even get the dog to go out.....guess ill have to swimming in one of our many cool streams[8D]. High today is 108(heat index 110).[X(]

Good gaming weather if the East coast doesn't suck our power...and shut it off for a couple hours.[:D]

That's spring time weather to us. And we don't get the cold in winter.

It's been real nice out this way, no complaints at all.

Just hit 100 in my dugout.

Funny that I have lived in the south so long, considering anything above 65F is hot to me. One reason we are moving Wyoming.

Yea, but you don't have trees if you don't count Flagstaff and other areas in northern Arizona.....no shade....we have shade...but its not helping.[:D] Actually, I liked Flagstaff very pretty area.[;)]

Yep, about 45-50 miles west of Conway.

We lived in Syracuse for a year. Pretty area around there but I seen more snow in that year than Ive seen in my life time(lake effects). Never heard the term until we moved up there. I was on recruiting duty.....did I say I hated recruting duty.[:-][:)]

I happen to think Syracuse was more an armpit area of NY than anything else.....But then i'm biased, naturally....

I do like the Conway area. We go there every so often to see the old lady's best friend....

Actually I was thinking more of the finger lakes area. I remember people were swimming in may in one of the state parks around there and the water was ICE cold. We couldn't even get the kids in it(nor the adults). Infact we pulled the picknic table out in the sun. Everyone from there was running run and swimming like it was the warmest water in the world.

'Warm out today. Warm yesterday. Even warmer today.'

It's beautiful sunny and cold in Canberra 0C - 9C. The other day it got down to -6C, which was a tad cold.

Starting to cool down now....93. Real dry....and their thinking of not allowing fireworks on the 4th. We don't want to end up like the residents of colorado with their fires. I feel for them.[:(]

Yeah, with no rain in sight either. Wait till the full humidity kicks in. You can't hide from it, shade or not.
You have the right idea about the river. Bout the only thing that keeps you from melting.
