I wonder if somebody could help me please? Warsaw to Paris/campaign/Seelow
ON S day I captured Folkestone which was undefended. I am now just about to start S+3. Yet if I land any troops at Folkestone they are penalised by 50% on movement, as per 17/6/8. even though I control the port??? (this happened on S+1 and S+2)
I can find nothing to indicate any time delay relating to this penalty, and having captured Dover on S+2 wonder if this will happen at Dover as well, on S+3???
Can some kind person please explain why this penalty is still in place?
