Can you save a game after the initial orders have been given? I have had a couple of crashes in the 3D, and lost all my op/tactical setup. Thanks.

Yes, i just saved in the middle of a battle today with no problems.

Saved in middle of battel,,before patch wouldnt save but now saves

Unfortunately you can't give the saved game a file name, so you can only ever have one version of it.

Also, if you open up a saved game and then exit again (or crash out) without saving, you lose the original saved game. When you go to try and load it a second time, it's gone
