Endless Steppes

I am curious, does it state in the manual that Russian T34's can entrench themselves? It just happened to me playing Endless Steppes scenario. When I went to engage the Russian T34 from one of my Panzers, I seen the entrenchment sign above the tank. If this is normal and part of the game then my bad.

Tanks can entrench with one of the special actions, but shouldn't be able to use the hasty entrenchment action.

That has to be it Eric, though I didnt think a tank unit was allowed to entrench themselves even with a special action card. Good to know.
