Strange repeated message: Empty Unit 545th VGD disbanded

I got this message "Empty Unit 545th VGD disbanded" serveral dozend times in my last logistic report. I have no clue why. I guess this may be an error and should be reported. I am playing the 1944 campagain as German and this is turn 31 in January 1945, the Russian already took most of Germany (not yet Berlin). Best Regards Schelle

Do you have a save file for the turn before this happened that you can zip and attach here?

I have a save and zipped it as wished, but I get only this error if I try to upload it:
