I hope I am not SOL.

I cannot find my original CD, been more than a year I think since purchased.

I did download the direct download to a external hard-drive. When I go to load the game I get an error code 200.

is there anything I can do?

I spent big money for this game! (as everyone did).

Reinstall game.
Sometimes you will need to reinstall few times before everything will work.

i have encounter the same problem,only your records no longer accept or recognize my information( order and serial numbers) from 27 jul 09. any assistance would be appreciated.
