I have read the manual , press F2, rail mode, left click on selected town but the windows display dont show rail cost, it appears the supply, fuel, oil and resouces as well as the NUM DAM and factory type, but beyond this point i cant do nothing more (version 1.06.06)

There is something that i missing on moving the factorys?

Can't move them turn 1.

Also, press Shift-L to access factories, locations with factories will turn red on the map.
