Can anyone suggest to me some tactics for employing M10/M18 tank destroyers? I've tried everything I can think of including driving up behind a Panzer IV, firing two shots into its rear armor, then running away. All is does is lower the Panzer's morale about 5 pts and get the M18 killed. Help! How do you use these things?

What were your % chances to hit and penetrate? You might have had movement penalties causing you to miss - which is a significant impediment to a kill [;)].

I suppose the percentages were low but I'm wondering how to raise them. Have you found a good tactic for getting a relatively high percentage shot with an M10 or M18?

Hunting prevents you from taking the accuracy penalties, so you should definitely approach that way. Moving fast halves your chance to hit.
