Hard Coded Ship Withdrawls?

I have created a mod in a prior beta version, and for this mod I do not intend HMS Enterprise to be withdrawn. It worked fine until I upgraded to the formal patch, and then the ship reverted back to withdrawl. I again removed the withdrawal and return data; however, for some reason, this ship is still on the withdrawl list when i run the mod. What am I missing here?

I don't know of any hard coding of any withdrawals. It wasn't in the code when I was working with it.

Are you using the editor, or working with CSVs via WITP Extract? If the latter, did you remember to reload the CSVs after doing your changes (says the idiot who forgot that at the weekend and wondered where his changes were).

Actually, when there is error in CSV, it will be not extracted, but no information about error will be shown. The only way to find, if new file was created is to check its date (or delete old before extraction).
