Scale.

What is the scale in regard to hex size and turn length, relative to the first game?

The scale is the same as the Case White (Poland) scenario from DC:Warsaw To Paris: 10km hexes, 2 day rounds, regimental units (mostly).

No this one of the few things that DC1 scenarios have that DC2 scenarios dont. Partly because of the length of the Case Blue scenarios, partly because of the PBEM++ 2 player limitation.
