Need destroyed LCUs and AGs to respawn

I need destroyed LCUs and Airgroups to return later in the game. As far as I can tell once destroyed, LCUs and Airgroups are destroyed for good. Is there a way to set it in the editor so that they return as reinforcements later in the game? I tried checking the "respawn" box but it doesn't appear to do what I want. Ideas?

They should show up in the destroyed lists and you can purchase them with PPs.

+1 to what Dan said, you can buy them back w/ PPs. If they're already set to come back later in the game (like many of the USN PBY units) I'm not sure if they'll show on the list vs already be in the reinforcement queue.
