In the manual the concept of attack and hitpoins is explained.
In game: can i see/review the values? How can i estimate the values for attack and hitpoints?

Best way for getting an idea is to click on a subformation unit (like the tank picture or the aircraft picture). The popup will show you attack value and hitpoints of the trooptype. You can also use this window to compare different trooptypes.
