Roads and rails Mod

I felt that roads were too hard to see at a glance, so i darkened them, this creates minor problem that rails are hard to tell apart so i also darkened rails, shouldn't be too big a concern as wherever rails are present almost always roads are as well, for the main strategic map i darkened roads a little less so you can tell apart the rails for strategic transfers better.
