Introducing RRRH mod

Just for convenience i wrapped up my other three mods into the RRRH mod (thats the noise your panzers make crushing though the new map)

Now you can survey the map with ease seeing the roads rails and rivers, it should be much easier to tell river sizes apart and see where the roads are (especially zoomed out more) and the hex's are shaded so they dont stick out so much, so you have an better time.

If you would like to download any separate mod you can instal them apart or together with RRRH.
