Hi,
I played the Vorenezh scenario and lost as the Germans. However, I noticed you can continue to play the game after the screen comes up saying you lost. Is this correct or any reason of why the game can continue? I enclosed a screen shot of my ending. I noticed in this scenario that the southern portion was weaker. Is till have trouble trying to understand the combat report screen and what the little red silouttes mean with the numbers?

What could I do differently with my HQ units? Plus I couldn't play any of the cards from the commanders?

You can keep playing if you like even after you have lost or won the game.
My design philosophy with wargames is a bit like why force people to stop playing. They might want to see what happens if they have had a day or 2 more
