Expanding Port Size 0

Ran into what I think is a display problem with 1.3. When expanding a Port (SPS=0) to size 1 the expansion went very slowly from 1 to 9 % then jumped to 100%. I think the display really meant 10 times the number (40% insread of 4%). May be related to the fix for the display problem for airfields of size 0.

I may be seeing this too, not sure yet. I've been trying to expand the level 0 Lunga airstrip for a while (over a week) with 4 Engineeer squads and it is still stuck at 1%. Maybe I just don't have enough workers there yet or else I'm duplicating what you're seeing.

Yep, I encounter the same display bug for port construction (SPS 0 only).

I would say that you would need at least a full battalion of engineers (with a lot of supplies) to see significant increases at your airbases - takes a lot to expand an airfield.

I agree, but I'm not seeing _any_ expansion in over a week. Not even a 1% increase. No shortage of supplies.

Hi,
I've just tested how quickly I could expand Lunga as Jap with a naval construction battalion.
From 0-1 it increased construction with 15% per day. From 1-2 it increased with 10%/day in the beginning but only 8% later and 2-3 (never continued upto a complete 3) started at 7%/day.
This was on v. 1.30.
It might be that 4 squads is too small to do any work at all. My battalion had 30 squads at the very start.
