-50% for air units?

Can I see somewhere why my planes get a -50% times two? (In a blue square -50% and in a red square -50%.)

Rain/Mud/Snow weather. I am guessing it's a penalty for combat and recon or something like that.

If it is in green, i think it is because there are too many planes on the same airfield.
I wonder if the limit isn't 100 per airfield.

If there are more than 100 stack points on any hex that penalty applies, I believe.

But I did not use my planes, nor is there too many stack points. Do the AI have a card that makes a penalty on my planes?

I just figured it out: It's a penalty for both attack and defense. That's why there are two numbers. But I still don't know why I got the penalty. I think it should be possible to see, why I got it?

Bad weather gives your planes this penalty. check the weather report.

Right, its red = attack and blue = defense and it is usually because bad Weather!
