Unit Integrity

How do you improve this? Is it just rest? Is there a card that helps?

I am just reading this one. I posted something like this in "Splitting Ju 52s." I have known to be wrong a lot, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I think Intergrity has to do with how much you have as compared to what you are supposed to have (ToE). Therefore I believe the only way to increase Integrity is through replacements.
That could be 100% wrong.

Thanks. I've only messed around with the small scenarios and there are units with low integrity at the start and they never seem to get better. I am hesitant to use them becuase they seem pretty fragile. They don't seem to get replacements but maybe that is because of the small scenario.

There are no remplacements in Voronezh scenario and Kharkov scenario too i think.
So, it seems to me quite hard to be able to raise units integrity.
Except if you proceed by disbanding but i am not sure it is a good idea.

^ Well if they are going to break easily perhaps I should try disbanding one. Would the disbanded unit provide replacements?

The disbanded unit send its squads (inf, art, Pz, aircrafts, ...) to OKH or STAVKA HQ.
Then, they are sent to other units if necessary and if you give them a good replacement rate.

No its 100% right.
Low integrity is however only a problem if things go wrong in battle
