I tried to extract these files but I get error 0x80004005. Any help for someone computer challenged? I have windows vista.

I have checked the files and they are ok.

Standard solutions:

Did you downloaded the files with a download manager e.g. Internet Download Manager? If yes, turn it off and redownload it (Maybe your file is corrupted).

Which file extractor did you use? There where some issues with old version of WinZIP and WinRAR which could cause a problem. Maybe new version of the file extractor could help or use 7-zip http://www.7-zip.org/ or an other third party program.
