I bought TOWII 2 years ago, and now I installed 3.4 I noticed many chagaes, is there a new manual or document for these specific changes in the rules?

The 'What's New' document can be found in the TOAW root directory as .RTF or .DOC file.
The manual is included in TOAW 3.4, check the folder 'Manuals' in the TOAW directory.
