Vic,
Turn sticks at the 40% AI Initialization mark.
Saved game file attached.

Actually it didnt freeze, but it was really sloooow.
The issue occured to the Soviets actually having no engineers left.
Sending you a PM with download location to private beta v1.02b which should fix this.

Yep..V1.02c did it. Turns seem to be working as designed again. Thanks for the continued support.
