error 99 repeatedly??

I Do believe the Slither server is down. One can only hope they are in the know.

Broken Slitherine server seems to be fixed as multiplayer is now working again

But it is not ideal to rely on an unreliable server to play.

How do I play by exchanging email files in the usual way with other games?

(It appears form the printed manual that the game supports this, or used to do so)

you will find an opponent in "opponent wanted"
next part will be for the second player to open the game
- second player will be russia for GC 41
- open the game i mean choosing fog of war, weather scénario
remember to activate PBEM before doing your choice
