I recently purchased PC:PAK, but lost the e-mail with the purchase # and code[&:]. Could you please send the code to me again so that I can load the game[&o]?

Perhaps if you mail your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk they can sort it out.

If you ordered from Matrix it is best to go via the Matrix Help desk as the stores have 2 different accounts for the different sites and purchases for one are not in the other so we need to know where to look them up.
