I'm setting up a PBEM game but for some reason the FOW view distance setting is greyed out and I am unable to adjust it to a setting of (1) its currently set to (3).

Is there some way for me to manualy set it to 1?

Same issue with the 1.04 patch. I even tried changing the ini file in the pbem game directory but it keeps getting changed back to a value of 3 and the slider in the pbem option section is still greyed out.

Any ideas?
