Is it possible to register SWiE here having purchased the game elsewhere (i.e., other than through Matrix Games)?

I wanted to run the beta patch.

I tried to register, but got an invalid-key error.

it is not possible, did you tried the autoupdater in your Start Menu within the game subfolder?

I did do the auto updater and it found a 1.4. This, I'm guessing, is the beta?
