Blizzards in 1941

Can anyone explain to me why so many German Korps shatter When attackedin the Blizzards of 1941 regardless of theirs or the Russian CV.

Did the German units have a readiness of 65-70% or higher? There seems to be a bug that makes units with high readiness shatter very easily in first-winter blizzards.
