Hello folks,

I have just acquired Lost Victories 1941 Mega Campaign.

Unfortunatly, on the very first turn, after moving a few units (2 or 3) or after using a shortcut like "N" or "G", the game crashes and I am sent back to SPWW opening menu.

I have played standard SPWW campaigns or scenarii without any problem. I experience this problem only under Lost Victories (I have never played any other Mega Campaign).

My configuration is the following:
Toshiba Laptop Satellite 5105-S607, WinXP Professional
512 mb RAM; 40 Gb HDD; 32 Mb NVidia video card


Thank you for your help. I am deseperate as the game looks so impressive.

What version of SPWAW running? It sounds like you are probably running 7.0 with command & control on in the preference screen, you need to download and install the 7.1 patch from the main download page. When installing during the path verification make sure you remove the space between Matrix Games(MatrixGames) or the patch won't be installed correctly. Also make sure you get the LV patches from the same download page. The LV patches 1.1 & 1.2 get extracted into the following directory :\MatrixGames\Steel Panthers World at War\MegaCam\Lost Victories 42 allowing the files to be overwritten when asked.

You were correct, I was using version 7.0 of SPWaW.

After installing the patch to version 7.1, Lost Victories runs perfectly.
