Tried purchasing Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue using coupon from newsletter.

Keep getting message that "A valid coupon must be entered"

What is a valid coupon?

This is the correct coupon. Can you try again and make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces. Lots of people have made use of it already so we know they are working.

Not working for me. And I have entered coupon codes before. I know cut and paste doesn't always work. So I manually type in code and still no joy.

They only work for the specific game they are setup for and they seem to be fine here so not sure what to say

Can you take a screenshot of the issue and send to the helpdesk and we'll try and work it out.

I understand, Iain. In cases like this I always assume user error when it works for 99% of users.

I had the same problem and I've forwarded included a screenshot in my helpdesk ticket. I notice that a couple of others have a coupon code that is a different format than what is shown above (which is the same format that my code is in).

Blimey AZMike someone could nick your coupon code now...

These have all been resent and that code wasn't working as a result of the server glitch. Don't you love technology!
