There was one user in thread Joel...
BTW, as uasual, we should no forget that forum participants are just small minority of all users (few hundred at best)!
And, unfortunately, 90+ % of all laptops / notebooks sold these days are just 1366x768 (i.e. 16:9) - the 1024x768 is 4:3 equivalent for older similar systems...
IMHO we simply can't dismiss all those users! [:)]

Just wondering if the minimum resolution is 1024x768 or if it has moved up to 1366x768 (for laptops) and something else for desktops.

I play with laptop resolutions as far as I know my resolution wont chance when I launch this game and stays my native 1600x900.
I just maximize game window after lauching game and play in windowed mode with 1600x900 resolution.

1440 x 2560 (Dell 27" monitor in portrait mode).
What I'd like to see for us large monitor users is:
* Ability to "detach" some of the dialogs from the game and have them as separate windows. e.g. the commanders report -- why do I need to exit the commanders report in order to move troops around?
* Larger maximum post size to the forum. If I take a screenshot at 1440x2560 I can't upload it, it goes a bit over the maximum file upload size. Which is a pity because I'd do AARs if I could.

That's it? 1 out of 68 play in 1024x768? If you play in 1024x768 you should vote (I guess this is called biasing the poll).

Usually right clicking on your desktop will bring up something that will let you see your screen resolution (either it will say screen resolution or diplay properties or something like that).

I mostly use something else (larger) but occasionally I use my 1024 * 768 10.1 in laptop to play when I am traveling, so I find the ability to play on 1024 * 768 very useful. The present format where it is possible to play on 1024 * 768 but where the main map can be expanded to much larger is very nice.

Laptop's best resolution is 1366x768; gives no eyesight, appearance problems. Curious, I'll try a much worse resolution to see what it does.
