Vehicles in North Africa

Dear All
Will scenario designers please note?
There were no long-barelled StuG III's in the desert war apart from a battery of six sent to Tunisia late in the fighting; I am getting bored of fighting these ahistorical phantoms. Only three short-barelled StuG IIs were sent to Rommel earlier for trials.
The British had no Mark VIC light tanks either - just one vehicle was sent for trials and took no part in the fighting.
Sorry to nitpick, but historical wargames should be - historical!
