Dewey Dry Dock

A remarkable achievement for its era (1908), it was able to fit a gigantic battleship -
USS Pennsylvania once was inside her - so her capacity should be 36. Displacement
was 18,500 tons.
But this vessel is credited with 40 mm and 20 mm guns - on 7 Dec 1941. There is no
evidence she was ever armed at all - but neither caliber was in use in the Philippines
on that date. She probably could be given a few .50 cals on principle. But 7 40 mm a side?
No way that is realistic.
