Maybe I'm crazy, but had a thought.
Has anyone 2 opponents ever thought of starting a game by going back to the WNT and LNT's and renegioating them with their opponent (also they could change various parts of Land, Sea, and Air units)? Yea, alot of work and kinda crazy, but an orginal mod with how the players would have wanted their military's to look like. I see modders doing this but what about just for a single game between 2 people?
