Not sure this is a bug or if I´m missing something again.

Why doesn´t the C part upgrade its howitzers? The A and B part did without a problem. By the time the C part was due to upgrade I had to few. But since then the pool has filled up and I have had sufficient number for about 2 weeks. But still no upgrade.

I noticed its missing the equal sign so it looks like the game fails to recognize the pool has increased?

Actually you don't have enough howitzers. Pool have to have something like 20 % more (can't remember exact number), until devices upgrade. So 13 is not enough to upgrade 12.

Several factors matter: leadership of the unit, leadership of nearby HQs, supply, maybe unit experience/morale/disruption/fatigue, etc. etc. I often have terrible times getting the Chinese units to upgrade devices. Overall, though, the more bountiful supply, the better.

I agree, and yes, I beleive you are correct on the 20%.

So basically I need 15 105mm Howitzers in order to upgrade?

I think the need is for 1.5 times the number - so 12 would need 18 in the pool

If that is true...ouch! With only 4 per month that mean 1,5 month of "extra" production before it can upgrade. [:(]
