Hi fellow UV fanatics,

short question about ammo resupply. It is the command phase, and I have a just arrived Surface TF in my base. It is out of important ammo (heavy ammunition and AA-ammo). I want to send it out again as soon as possible. Now my question:
Do I have to wait 1 turn/day for it to resupply in port, then giving them a new order or
could I give them a new order now (e.g. Bombardment) and they resupply automatically before they leave? (saving me a day).

You could imagine, that it isn't very efficient to arrive at Buna without ammo.

Try hitting the refuel from base button, I believe that this will refuel and rearm your ships at the cost of operation points, which may cause a one day delay. I know this does not work with mines. But am not sure about ammo.
Also try disbanding the TF then recreate it.

Refuel from Port rearms SS boats with torps, so I assume it works with other ships' ammo supplies, too.

Refuling from the base will replenish your ammo only if there are also sufficiant supplies at the base

So, that is your excuse for another late turn. And I thought it was because I was kickiing your ascii.

And if there is no fuel, and yet sufficient supplies, it wont rearm your ammo loads either. Go figure!
